Dr. Shishay holds a PhD in Mathematics for Cryptography and Communications from the University of Auckland (New Zealand, 2016), an MSc in the same field from Royal Holloway University of London (UK, 2009), and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Mekelle University. He previously worked for over 12 years at Ethiopia’s Information and Network Security Agency as a Senior Researcher, Software Engineer, Team Leader, and Vice Director for R&D.
