Mr. Teklay Fikadu Kidane is a seasoned Senior Public Administrator and Policy Advisor with over 15 years of distinguished leadership experience in regional governance, policy development, and institutional reform in Ethiopia.
Short biography
He served as Commissioner of the Tigray Regional Sports Commission, where he provided executive strategic leadership and drove sports development policies aimed at enhancing athletic competitiveness and public health. Previously, he held key positions including Deputy Head of the Bureau of Youth and Sports in Tigray, Political Advisor to the President of Gambella Regional Government, General Manager of the Tigray Special Zone Office for Investment, and Equitable Development Advisor at the Ministry of Federal Affairs.
