As the founder and chief executive, he leads the company’s strategic direction, partnership development, operational planning, and market expansion.
Mr. Teklay Fikadu Kidane is a senior public administrator and policy advisor with more than 15 years of leadership experience in regional governance, policy development, institutional reform, youth and sports administration, investment facilitation, Zonal chief Administrator of North West of Tigray and equitable development in Ethiopia. He has served in several senior public-sector roles, including Commissioner of the Tigray Regional Sports Commission, Deputy Head of the Bureau of Youth and Sports in Tigray, Political Advisor to the President of the Gambella Regional Government, General Manager of the Tigray Special Zone Office for Investment, and Equitable Development Advisor at the Ministry of Federal Affairs.
Mr. Weldekidan Kahsay Gesesew is a Founder and Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of YOSAM Mechatronics Technology Solutions PLC. He contributes strategic guidance, institutional insight, business experience, and advisory support to the company’s leadership and long-term development. Dr.Eng. Gebremeskel Teklemariam Gesesow ( Rt. Lt. Col) is a senior engineering, technology, aviation, and leadership professional with more than 23 years of professional experience since 1995 Ethiopian Calendar. He has extensive experience in defense technology systems, electronic warfare, digital infrastructure, aviation, investment leadership, institutional management, and strategic technology development. He has served in senior roles within the Ethiopian Air Force, INSA, Tekeze Technology Solutions PLC, and North Star Trade Share Company. His expertise includes microelectronics engineering, electronic warfare systems, satellite communication, digital broadcasting, technology transfer, aviation leadership, advanced technology systems, and strategic innovation.
Mrs. Alganesh Areaya serves as the Finance and Administration Head of YOSAM Mechatronics Technology Solutions PLC. With more than 27 years of experience in finance and administration, she supports YOSAM’s financial management, administrative coordination, internal control, documentation, operationalfollow-up, and day-to-day organizational management. Her role is central to ensuring that YOSAM’s financial and administrative systems remain organized, accountable, and aligned with thecompany’s business objectives and project implementation requirements.
Dr. Tsegazab Kahsu Assefa is an experienced Ethiopian public health physician with more than 19 years of leadership experience in reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health, HIV/AIDS programming, health systems strengthening, and donor-funded program management. He has worked with major international and development organizations, including the World Health Organization and Management Sciences for Health. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Jimma University and a Master of Public Health degree from Mekelle University.
Ms. Rahel Kiros Abera serves as an Accountant at YOSAM Mechatronics Technology Solutions PLC. She supports the company’s accounting operations, financial documentation,transaction recording, payment follow-up, reconciliation, budget tracking, and preparation of financial records required for internal management and project implementation. Her rolecontributes to maintaining accurate financial information, proper documentation, and accountable financial administration.
Dr. Engineer. Assefa Tesfay Abraha is an artificial intelligence and emerging technologies expert with more than 15 years of combined academic, industry, and technology-development experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering (specialization in AI) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Engineering (Specialized in Machine Learning) from the same university, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mekelle University, Ethiopia. His areas of expertise include AI-driven solutions for telecommunications, indoor localization, healthcare, agriculture, education, data-driven systems, intelligent digital platforms, and emerging technology applications.
Dr. Eng. Shishay Welay Gebregiyorgis is a cybersecurity, cryptography, digital health, and artificial intelligence solutions expert with strong experience in research, software development, secure digital systems, and technology leadership. He holds aPh.D. in Mathematics for Cryptography and Communications from the University of Auckland and has more than 12 years of senior experience at Ethiopia’s Information and Network Security Agency.
Ms. Weyni Abrha Hailu serves as an Engineer and Project Officer at YOSAM Mechatronics Technology Solutions PLC. She supports technical project planning, engineering coordination, field implementation follow-up, documentation, reporting, and communication between management, technical teams, partners, and beneficiaries.
